All orders are dispatched directly from our UK fulfilment warehouse.
Orders placed before 4pm (UK time) will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Please be aware that now that the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as their item enters their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our warehouse.
It is your responsibility to send the item/s back to SAINT XII warehouse if you require a refund or an exchange.
If you would like to return/exchange an item, please send the item back to our warehouse and include the following:
- Full name & address
- Order number
- Reason for return
Please send to contact us if you wish to return your item and we will help you with this.
We allow up to 30 days after receipt of goods. After this time period our system will not permit a return. Any return/exchange postage is paid for by the customer. Please note all items must be in the original packaging in order for us to accept the return/exchange. PROBLEMS WITH ORDER DELIVERY
Saint XII is not liable for missing parcels that have been sent to an incorrect address or have been requested to be left in an unsecure location. Please contact us via email at support@saintxii.com to report any missing order. It is important to leave some extra time to allow for transport delays etc.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If your order is cancelled this means that our fraud filter has identified your order as potentially fraudulent. We will always contact you to raise the issue and give you time to respond accordingly. It is important to ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using.
